On December 23, 2013, I had ordered an Xbox 360 wired controller(Sub-order ID 11834775_01) for the exact amount of Rs 1676 and I was to receive it latest by December 31, 2013. It is now January 2, 2014 and my order status remains- "ORDER AWAITING DISPATCH" to this day.
Even after sending about 10 emails to Tradus.in, there has been no reply to any of the messages !
I am sick of this site and I feel cheated by Tradus. I want to cancel my order and wish to receive an immediate refund of my money. If I do not get any response soon, I will be forced to go to consumer court. I would also like Tradus to sort it out at the earliest.
