It's my first online shopping exp with tradus.com. I have really really bad experience with tradus.com .They have 0 customer support. I have purchased 2 Saaries from Tradus.com . Product quality is very low , I was trying to return my purchased product and want my money back , I was mailing them continuous after purchased but not got any reply from tradus team and customer support even the .

I not got back my hard earn money :( .

They claim they do not charge for product delivery , but on payment page they added Shipment chargers and worst case scenario they are charging for "Cash On Delivery" .

Really Really very bad , This is first and last exp I have with tradus .
