I have ordered a item suborder ID: 9350875_01 and shipped by the seller on 06th June. When I received the item I found it was a damaged item they sent and made a complaint followed with many complaints ( Issue Nos: # 884003, #894374, #910388, #910455)

But no response from them. When checked the site No telephone numbers available and the entire management team looks like Fraudelent and intention to of looting the money from customers but dont want to care about the items ordered. I think it is illegal for a company which operates without contact numbers and mail ids. If they are not ready to Disclose their identity then THEY ARE FRAUD only. WE SHOULD NOT ENCOURAGE PEOPLE NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD SITE..

CAN ANYONE SHARE THE DETAIL TO WHOM SHOULD WE CONTACT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

Additionally, we have a experienced escalation team which takes care of all such issues which are not resolved within the time frames. I sincerely regret that your issue took such a long time to resolve and would definitely take proactive measures to curb such incidents happening in future.
