I ordered an Xperia Z costing Rs. 28, 855 on 12th march on 14th I got a message saying that my order has been dispatched and I will receive it in 5 working days and when I call the Aramex courier to track my order they said that no such product has been received by them from the seller so how can I dispatch it and said that just made a record and it was a blank order and when contacted, the Tradus people they are acting so dumb I am asking where my is order and the only thing they say is sorry for the inconvenience caused! Its more than a week and I don't know where is my order no update no nothing the only thing I have is a bank statement saying that so and so amount has been deducted. My next step is filling a case for fraud and cheating in the cyber cell and consumer court!
