Sent me a 2nd hand mobile without invoice . Review on Tradus

I am writing here my tradus experience I have bought two vox mobiles on tradus.in my order numbers are

Now two mobile which I have received not working in fact those two are manufacture default phones which manufacture date is around jun-09 so us 3 years old stock and without invoice and TIN number these groups company loooting government by sending products without TIN, I asked about INVOICE to their care by calling them bt none of their agent has answer, and on feb 21st I have requested reserve pickup for these two 2nd hand mobiles but no didn't came to my house till now, now I am going to consumer court for cheating customers and governament tradus.
