I wish to inform you that I had purchased a Karbonn S5 Titanium mobile from your online shop dt. on 10/07/2013. I get delivery of that product on 12/07/2013.From first day I faced some problem which are as below,
1.Unable to install Outlook Exchange mail as well as personal mail like Yahoomail, Gmail. (Unable to synchronize).
- Mobile get heated during charging, during call.
3.Rotate screen is not working.
4.FM is not working. I request you to please take the product back and refund my total amount so that I can purchase a good mobile, because I would not going to suffer with this for any more.
