Buy an item, expect partial delivery. Review on Tradus

Purchased the following item from tradus(Order# 11313734) http: // http://www.tradus.com/stainless-steel-hip-flask-2-tumblers/p/KIWMV7QAAXE7GXOF. It was apparently a Diwali "shocker offer", and yes, I did get a shock when I got my package delivered.

As per the item description, I should be getting 3 items, namely

1. Hip Flask

2. Peg Measurer

3. Bottle opener

Ordered it on a Saturday evening, and was glad to see that the seller packed it the very next day, that too on a Sunday morning! The package got shipped on Monday, and I got the delivery by Wednesday.

First Impressions- Poor packaging!

I received a small cardboard box, crushed from all directions, covered in bubble wrapping. The address cum invoice slip was attached on top of the wrapping.

As I started unpacking it, I noticed only the hip flask and the bottle opener were present no peg measurer!

I try contacting the seller via' ask seller a question link, but he seems ignorant about it.

I try contacting Tradus.com using the customer support link, and try selecting the reason as "partial order". I explain the entire issue, and then proceed to upload the supporting images. And was I surprised! The site is unable to attach my pictures, and henceforth, I cannot raise a complaint! A mail sent to [email protected] also bounced back. What kind of a discrimination is this?

The best part about the parcel is that, according to the courier( Aramex), the parcel weights only 0.2 Kg. But I feel 200 grams is too less for the described 3 items, all made of steel. I have even checked the same, and can confirm that the parcel indeed weighs 200 grams, and is not tampered in any way!

It is the carelessness of the seller and the ignorance of Tradus.com which causes such harassment to innocent customers. I still repent in buying the same product from eBay, or any other site for that matter. At least, I can expect better customer service from their end.

I am attaching the supporting images with a hope that Tradus.com will take necessary actions in this matter. If not, this can well be a warning not to buy anything from Tradus.com, Rajeev_Vermacially from the seller'spic services', so that other innocent customers are not harassed unnecessarily. I will update this review as and when required.
