This is with reference to order for and Also Mens Rechargeable Shaver And Trimmer Gift Free Led Ear Pick sub-order ID 8635032_01.

First of all let me tell you the product I received was totally defective nothing was working .So I escalated the issue that day itself. After two days I got an email to return the product to the bluedart couriers for free of cost but when I went there they said we need confirmation email from the company side to initiate the procedure otherwise I will be charged 300 bucks to send the product to their warehouse which is too much.

I have sent at least 18 emails to care@tradus.com they are not reciprocating it , even they don't have any contact no to get in touch ....Tradus which brags about the 15 day replacement guarantee is all fake and deceptive. I want my money back you cheaters. Never ever buy anything from this site better resort to Flipkart and homeshop18.
