Placed order for Toshiba 32HV10 32 Inch LCD TV on 12 Jan 2012
14 Jan 2012: Got mail from them thanking for order and stating " Please note that the shipping time of the product is 5 working days"
15 Jan 2012: Got mail from them stating that their vendor SANJAY ENTERPRISES will be shipping order very soon.
17 Jan 2012: I sent them mail requesting update of shipping.
19 Jan 2012: got mail from them "Please note that as I have checked with the seller, your product against the Order id 2106372 will be dispatched with in next 2 working days"
19 Jan 2012: another mail stating "Please allow me 4-5 working days for dispatching the product. In case you want to cancel the order please let me know so that I can do the needful"
22 Jan 2012: I requested cancellation of order as no shipping yet.
22 Jan 2012: They initiated refund process.
30 Jan 2012: got credit of money in my CC account.
Moral of the story is never give any order to Indian ecom sites, if they do not offer COD.
