Hi friends, this review is very helpful for those employees who wants to join tradeindia.com. I am an ex-employee of this company and I worked here for 1.8 years. In my openion this company is good to work with. Limited sales pressure, timely salalary appraisals and fixed time job, these are few good points of tradeindia.com. If you are a core sale person then you can work here for long time. You will get your salary and incentives always on time. Non of your seniors will call you after 7 PM for reporting or anything(specially in pune). You can easily manage your personal life n work life. This company has only one problem that the opportunities to grow within the company are very less(unless you are an extra-ordinary performer).
Overall it's a very good company for employees. It's very different from indiamart.com. seniors are very supportive. I got 25 days of leave for my marriage n trust me I didn't received a single call from my office. So, I believe tradeindia.com not only think about their business, they think about their employees too.
