I had booked a parcel from Aurangabad to kota..the parcel was damaged in the transport itself.and was not even delivered.later they sent it back to the main office and did not even deliver it back after many calls and feedback.they handed it over to my booking agent.and blamed me for packing it insufficiently.although it was packed and sealed properly.this courier company should be shut down.and the service and customer care does not even deserve 1 star.
