Using the service for the past 1 month (in Indore), I find the people behind the service very irritating. They would never agree that something can go wrong from their side. Also when I call up the helpline, the CCE told me that I'll be charged for my call for help. I think, that moment, I needed some meditation.
The area engineer who looks into installation is a ranger or an untamed eagle. You can't catch him easily. Stay perched on your door till he wishes to drop by at your place. The connection is lousy when you spend 770 Rs. monthly. 1000 Rs. registration fee. 500 refundable & then look at the pages crawling. I say crawling because a BSNL connection on the other hand is not an unlimited data transfer deal, but for 500 a month you get 256 KBPS where as in Airtel, its just 64 Kbps.
I would soon announce an 'Airtel hate club' with national strength. Those who're with me raise their wings. Abandon the landline for error prone bills, faulty coverage on mobile service & bad customer satisfaction unit at the internet service. Burn Airtel Burn!!!
