Been to TOTAL Mall on Airport Road, Bangalore just now. Wanted to pick up a DVD player. There was no one at the section, except a girl who had attitude problem. She was arrogant. Wanted to speak to store manager and was told that Store & Floor Managers come at only 12.00 Noon.
If responsible people are not available, when store opens, why do they open the store at 10?
