I brought this two months ago from a local shop. I thought that 3TB was enough in this price. But it show conection problem with my macbook and so I have to format it for to connect. Works good with small file transfer but when it excited 100gb transfer speed became slower to 15mbps and shows heating problem. I am only using it for my pc because it sometimes doesn't connects to my macbook. The cable is also of ceap quality which may be the reason of transfer speed and heating problem. For this I don't use this as my primary hard drive. It is not trustable for fully storing 2.5 to tb for for regular use. I just tricked by extra 1tb on this price so don't get tricked by just looking the storage capacity. It's not good for professional use anyway.
