Hi guys! Today I share my personal experience on Toshiba Canvio Basic 2 TB External Hard Disk. I bought this hard disk last year.
This hard disk only work for correctly in 6 months. After I have face many problems for this device. This is not good for daily purpose. It is not support for longer files and datas Because the external HDD have many problems, when I connect the device to computer, it's not connect instantly. but reset features are good.
Not good for storage and very heating to connect the computer. This device quality is not good.
I call the toll free number but no response to me. Service is not satisfied.
It is looking not good. The hard drive made up on plastic. so very easy to damaged no safety for this device. Transfer speed also not good very slow after 6 months. This device price is not worth for the product.
I am not satisfied with this hard disk. So I am not recommend to anyone. thanks.
