We are staying in Toronto from past 6 months ( Jan 2008 ) and I am liking it very much here. We are from Bangalore and have come here for project purpose. I liked this place. This city has very good transport system TTC which allows you to survive with out having car unlike USA. Also you see lots of people on road and mostly Asians and salwaar kameez wearing people.
We also visited Montreal which is 5 hours from toronto by bus. We went there by coach Canada and liked the city very much. It was like being in Europe. We have alreadt visited Paris and Europe last year. It was like seeing Europe again when we were in old city. I would recommend to go to Montreal if you have time during your stay in Toronto.
We went to Royal Ontario Museum last Wednesday. We were planning to go this weekend when we came to know about the summer deals about free entry on Wednesdays to Museum. It is worth seeing Museum if you are very much interested in reading all those details. Else the cost of entry is very high ( $22 per person ) .Hence for us we felt this free 1 hour trip to Museum was good enough. It is worth going there once.
Niagara Falls is absolutely not to miss. We are planning to go there and Marineland this weekend. Will update details after our visit.
