A colleague of mine recommended me this book. So I read it.
The book is absolutely marvelous. The story is about two children, Jem & his sister Scout and their lawyer father Atticus. It is about childhood innocence and hypocrisy and false values of the grown ups.It offers a very vivid description of america and its attitude towards its slaves and inferiors, told in a remarkable manner through a child's innocent perspective.
A must read.
