I have presented the Fast Track watch to my wife on her birthday. I expected the watch will run atleast till next birthday, but bad luck. It stopped working next day itself. When we went to service center, they said some stories like backside cap is tight, it is stuck the dial like some stories. I gave it to service atleast 4 times and got frustrated.
But I like the design, so I went ahead to buy one more watch for her. Again same story, stopped working in few days. They said it has got some technical issue and it will take 2 days. Both of us, saw our faces and laughed ourselves.
I have purchased one for myself. The salesmen presented one watching saying that it is a ARMY model and rough and tough type. I too liked the design and took. But, there is a ring one top of the dail outside. That always fall with poor quality glue they used to attach it. I had missed that ring thrice and gave it to service center again now to get it done.
The appreciable thing is.. the service center people so patiently keeps repairing the Fast Track watches and delivers.
But I have one more Timex watch, which I purchased 4 years back. Still in excellent condition. :)
Timex is good but fasttrack is not.
