First of all guys for agood trimming skill you have a good trimmer sorry not even a good trimmer you should have a good beard trimmer I does not suggest you any one because some peoples says they are marketting agents who gives review so choose on the behalf of you
Now come to our topic how to trim hmmm so in my suggestion if u have not so long beard normal face set beard then difference between your cheek beard and around lips beard will be about 2-3 no. Its very 2 or 3 according to your face and at you cheeks move your trimmer straight upword to your ears so your beard lining were show
And always give a little bit side gap between your maustache and cheek beard
And also some gap at downside of your lower lips its depend upon u want to give side gap or middle gap or any other
And always move your trimmer from up to down not down to up
