MPINGI-Blood Suckers and Frauds

I read all the reviews regarding MPINGI voip service. I am in the same trap as any one who got moved from Sunrocket to MPINGI due to their lucarative offer of free service and a hidded 1 year contract + disconnect fee and all other non sense. I took the service No'07 and was told that I wont be charged for any service until june'09. After 20 days of serivce mpingi kept charging my credit card for nearly $120.

When I called up the customer service they told me to call the billing dept and support dept. I called up all the numbers that they wanted me to. Final answer I got was the charge that is placed on the card can never be reversed, the only thing that I can get is a free period equivalent to the charges. Then one day I decided to cancel the service and they told me if I need cancel the service I need to pay 1 year fee+Cancellation fee+any other administrative fee.

I really got frustrated and told them that I will talk to my credit card company and I really meant that and I did so. My BOA Credit card service reversed the money to my account and they charged it back saying the vendor(Mpingi) is not allowing to reverse the money. I called up the card services and got it reversed finally. The pain I decided not to use their service and stopped using it.

There is no out going call from the number, but when I see the statement there will be lot of incoming calls to the number for 10 secs, 15 secs, etc., I think they are simulating the calls for their records to prove that I am still using their service. The last option I am left with is to cancel my credit card. I called and checked with my credit card company, Credit bureau's to know if these suckers are going to report out to the bureau to spoil the credit history. I think they cannot do that since they are based at India, but I am really not sure if they can do that or not. Can any one has gone thru to this level? I am looking forward to get out of this trap with these blood suckers who are trying to rob your hard earned money.
