To make roti or paratha , all you have to do is knead ( shuffel , beat up ) the dough as usuall you do while making rotis . then roll out the dough ball and flatter them slightly before placing them in the roti maker! Press the top of roti maker down on your dough and yes , don't press it hard .
Well , frankly speaking there is no use of roti maker . . It do not work actually which they show it in demo.
It is useless !
I too brought it in a thought to make rotis easily blah blah .
It makes your work even double , because you'll get fooled while making roti . . it will remain raw it won't bake properly as it should be .
Don't buy it ! Don't waste your money in buying this useless crap
