In order to recover the email account, you will need to enter the security question or the alternate email id. Listed below are some of the steps that would help you in recovering the email account easily:
Visit the email service provider’s page and click on the option that states, “Can’t access account?”
Then choose the option that states, “I forgot my password”. Now get the password reset.
In the next step, enter the blocked email id and the ‘Captcha’ that the system provides.
Now, click on “I can’t use any of these options.”
After this, the ‘Recover your Account’ will appear; where you will need to enter the alternate email id and click on next.
