Use Liquid spray on a cloth preferably one used for cleaning glasses or specs. Then gently wipe of any dust from the Monitor's surface. Make sure that the Laptop/PC is turned off during cleaning. Regularly wipe/dust off the dirt from the cloth when accumulated before continuing. Use a cover for PC and laptop as well as shut the laptop close when not in use in order to prevent dust accumulation.
