Don't be demotivate if you fail one or more times, just give your best and remember success doesn't come to you easily, you have to earn it by putting your hard work. Nothing can be achieve in this world without giving your best efforts.Even for smartest people they have to take long preparation for interview.

1.Be on time or few minutes early. Late arrival creates negative impact or bad impression.
2.Be relax and confident or taking deep breaths and not speaking too quickly.
3.Most important your attire should be neat and clean.
4.Maintain eye contact with interviewer and try to listen question carefully be a active listener.
5.Do research about the industry so you are ready for the question like " Tell me something about this company".
6.Understand the role that you are applying for and what employer is looking for.
7.Avoid talking about any personal problems rather be as enthusiastic as much as possible.
8.Prepare questions to ask the interviewer but it should be relevant.
