It's a great app for tracking your runs and keeping a log of your progress over time. During the run itself you get updates every five minutes, which you can customize. You'll no longer need a spreadsheet to keep a log of everything.
Works so well. Have been using over a year and is by far the best running App out there!
The app is simple yet powerful.
