Hello Friends My name is Rajiv and today we will talk about Exercise. Nowadays we have become so busy in our life that we can not pay attention to our bodies at all. So that our body gets sick with diseases.  Therefore, we should take out a little time and give it to the body.


That is why we should use the habit of exercising everyday so that our body remains healthy.   So I tell you the tips of exercise how do you start exercising.   When exercising, first of all you choose a simple exercise. And gradually move from easy to hard .  Do not drink water at all during exercise .  If you have something to eat, eat an hour before exercise or eat after an hour of exercise, do not eat anything in between.  The most noteworthy thing is that do not exercise at all wearing tight clothes.


And my experience is to eat a few hours before practicing it.   After 10 minutes of exercising, leave your body absolutely loose and do some activities.  Also include Exercise Surya Namaskar for your exercise. So I hope you like the information given by me.
