I have also ordered for a Sony laptop (~27000 Rs) on 26-Aug-12 which was not received and order was cancelled on 6-Nov. I have mailed and called up to techprocess (payment gateway), but no satisfactory response even in 2 months. I have already raised a dispute form to SBI credit card and they said that disputes can be entertained only within 45 days of order date.
Somehow, they have sent me a cheque vide ICICI Bank for my refund. This cheque has got bounce with a reason "Frozen Account".Please suggest the way to get my money back as its already 7 months.
