I had made a purchase at Timtara. 50 days have passed now and I haven't received any reply let alone the product. I have already paid Rs 1450. I have called the customer care numerous times and the reply is "you will receive the product". They are a bunch of cheats. Never ever buy anything from Timtara.Their customer care have hung up on me numerous times.
There is this person by name Tanya and priya at cust care who behave as if they are doing a social service and if you insist they ask you to write a mail to raja ie raja@timtara.com. I did email him. But have not received any reply from that scoundrel.
