Purchased online mitashi game in smarty v.01 from timtara vide order no 10201323 dated 27-02-2012. Product should have been deliverd in 10 days. Still not received inspite of followup. Spoke to julian, customer care on 033 40166500 on 9-3-12. Informed that i will receive the product before 14-3-12. Thereafrer no one is lifting the phone. Wrote mail on 19-3-12. Got reply on 21-3-12 saying that will deliver the product in 6-7 days. Wrote mails on 21-3-12 and 29-3-12, no reply. Order status 'awaiting shipment' from 1-3-12. On 06-04-2012 they hav e cancelled the order arbritarily (mail from mamta) and have still not refunded the money to me.
