I had ordered a camera Order #10382358 dated 7th Jan13 on Timtara.com. It was promised to be delivered in 3 weeks time. Even after repeated follow up and emails there have not shipped the item. I am always told they will escalate the problem and call me back in 24 hours. I never got any call. I want the product or refund immediately. If any one from Timtara is listening, please take action.


I would recommend all viewers to stay away from TIMTARA.
