Biggest mistake in our life was to order MIcromax phone (Order no. 10394542) through timtara.com....We ordered on 8th Feb ...its going to be 20 days by tomorrow and till date no news from them. In fact on 12th Feb called them and informed that its an urgent requirement and if they can deliver little early and customer care exec assured that it shall be done.... waited for 2-3 days again called customer care. Exec told it shall be delivered by 19th feb...the wait is still going on....
We have tried to reach the customer care "n" no. of times post conversation but all in vain...can’t even reach executive..seems like their lines are busy forever. In case the consignment delivery can’t be done have courtesy to confirm so that at least we can order somewhere else rather waiting forever. Its very disappointing to undergo this experience. Service is so pathetic..... looks like they are still in stone age ....
Hope they can understand customer grievances and act on it.....
