Payment Refund Pending (timtara - Order #10348376)I had ordered Apple Iphone 5 16 GB on 3 NOV by paying 41300 INR and was promised that phone will be delivered in maximum 3 weeks. Even after 4 weeks when I did not receive the phone. I had requested to cancel my order on 29 NOV.
They did not cancel my order. After repeated attempts phone calls and when I threatened to them that I will file the complaint in consumer court then they cancel my order after almost 24 days that is on 20 December. But now it is almost 26 days again but they have not refunded my money. The status till shows the refund is pending. I had called atleast 20 times and every time they promise that they will initiate the refund in 3 days but the never happened.
I have mailed multiple times and no body is listening. to me this a FRAUD SITE WHO IS CHEATING US PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I AM GOING TO GO FURTHER AND TAKE THIS MATTER TO ANY LEVEL TO TEACH TIMTARA.COM A LESSON. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I AM PASTING THE SNAPSHOT OF CURRENT STATUS.
