Your order will be delayed till you fed up and ask for refund. Then they'll say the refund will require at least 3 days to process and if you happen to bought the product as a guest then you cannot cancel it online. There's no complaint number given to call them and ask for the status.
My brother has made a purchase of a mobile phone (transaction ID - 10322712) and asked for 2 days earlier delivery as he was supposed to go out of the town, that's today. But they've not yet shipped the product, let alone delivering it. When asked, they're kind of ordering (that's how rude their customer support are) us to wait till 21 days passed before cancelling the order.
My brother then asked for cancellation, but they're not allowing that as well. We almost lost hope to get the money back, getting product delivered is completely out of the question. Never seen such fraud company in operation earlier. This should be banned and users should be warned about their ill-doings.
If you care your money or peace of mind, avoid it at all costs, they're not online traders but are pirates and frauds.
