Had ordered samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 from timtara.com on 23rd august, 2012 for rs. 16891. The company had promised to deliver the product within 10-15 days but i have not received the product till date. I have called the company's customer care many a times but they always say that the product is still in awaited shipment status. They respond the calls saying that i will receive mails for my product's information but I never receive any mails and no response from there side. My order no. For the product samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 is #10312990.
Also, I have got 1 complain number. It's 48368. Kindly do the needful, please.
