Help me get refund from timtara.com
Timtara is fraud company. Get your money back by using DISPUTE FORM of bank which issued the cardit card. Search for "Dispute form" from google.co.in. download, fill and send with proof of delivery pending or refund pending. 99% chances for refund.
In parallel walk in to nearest commissioner of police & give petition. They will forward to cyber crime branch and will help to get back your money. Since I got my refund hence I could not take action against them. but I wanted to stop this fraud site. It is easy to take action against them by visiting commissioner of police office just for half day, good response.
If possible, collect all your FIR copy through email and present to commissioner of police. Join all your hands and give petition, definitely you will get money and this timtara.com will come to end.
