I have ordered 2 Nos. Micromax Mobile X271 on 18th April, 2012. (Order ID:10239296). Its 10th June today, still not received the product. Paid instantly through Credit card, as there was no option of Cash On Delivery. They are not giving the refund also. Even after more than 35-40 calls till date and more than 20-25 mails, even to the Company CCO also, no reply have been received through mail yet. And whenever I call them, get the same reply always that our senior will call you back in 48 hours and you will receive the product in 2-3 days. Neither that 2-3 days have come till now nor have I got the call back yet.
Totally unprofessional and unreliable website. Do think 3-4 times before booking any product as you may get a cheaper price for your product but may be you dont receive the product after payment.
