I placed an order (#10265072) on 1-June-2012 and the product is yet to be delivered (I am writing this on 05-Aug-2012). Called the customer support several times and the only response I get is "Sir, due to high demand of the product you ordered, there is a delay in delivery.
The product will be delivered in 4-6 days" but that 4 to 6 days is yet to come. I have raised several complaints (40132 & 44086) and the best part is that they are unable to track the complaint in their system.
Timtara.com can completely ruin your confidence in online shopping in India and I am not even bothered to follow up with them anymore.
Please stay away from this site.
