Rcvd my Product after 55 days of sleepless night. Review on Timtara

Review repost:-

It was almost 55 nights that had to pass until I got the product delivered from Timtara. At one stage I never thought I am gonna get my money or product. But all of a sudden the product was delivered.

Things I did.

1) Send mail constantly to make them know the person who paid for the product is alive

2) After 35 days threatened them that I will sue(Response was as usual. Will send your product in 5 - 6 working days)

3) After 50 days sent a mail to raja and ccavenue. Raja sent a reply on a SUNDAY that they will deliver the product in 3 days. The very next day CCAvenue sent a mail to refund the entire money in 2 days to customer.

4) On 53rd day they Shipped my item. On 55th day I received the item.(Atlast my 30K is safe)

First Negative things:-

1) sleepless nights

2) Constant fear of hard earned money getting lost

3) No response from Customer care.

4) Due to all above, concentration failure in the work and mental pain.

5) No status for 50 days and an automated mail from customer care is devastating

Positive thing:-

only one) Got the item 3K less than the market price. Nobody gives for such a rate.

Recommendations:-

If you dont care about the negative things mentioned above, then too do not go for Timtara.com

Save yourself from pain and agony by not falling a victim for Timtara and lead a happy life.
