Order #10174375 Placed on 20th Jan and not yet received. Everytime I call, they say that it's with courier and will reach in 48 hours. This has been going from almost a month.

I have contacted everyone Raja, CCO, Nisha. every possible person there. The replies have been diferent. Sometime they say it has been shipped, sometime it will be shipped in 48 hours. Sometime it's with Blue Dart . when I ask for AWB number, they say Blue Dart Systems are down and that's why they are not able to update the AWB bill number.
