They have good products at good prices, but their delivery time is liitle slow, they can improve it and be the no1 .
their customer service is also good .
I purchased a Sony Home Theater, they delivered it at my home in Bangalore, The packing was good and the product was intact .
I would like to recommend it to my friends, only buy if you dont need it in a hurry, they say 8-10 days but its 10-15 days, they use first flight which is pathetic, and very slow .
Improvement needed
