I purchased a brand new Timex ladies watch(Timex TL85META) from Mumbai last month. The watched worked fine for a week but after that it stopped working. I showed that watch in the Timex showroom and they just replaced the battery and gave the watch back to me saying that the issue has been resolved. Later it worked fine for a week and again its not working from past few days. Its really frustrating. How can a brand new watch needs to be serviced twice in just a months time. Now I am really upset that I have purchased such a local brand.
