Very Very BAD Service - Never Use pls. Review on Times Packers and Movers

I used their service from Bangalore to Junagadh (Gujarat). I wanted to move CAR, BIKE, Computer and household. There is guy name DilipKumar (9008999989) sitting there in Bangalore office, made false commitment that everything will reach in 4-5 days but within 4 days it was not shipped at all.

We were in peace that when we will reach junagadh, our CAR, BIKE and other household will reach within 2-3 days after our arrival. but that was not a case. It was so stressfull, that everyday 2-3 calls and still same answer that we will call you when it will reach there. When I asked about the status, they angriy inform me that "HAMARI JAAN LOGE KYA".

So advice you not to use their service in your LIFE and inform others because there are many of your friends might need relocation services in this LIFE, so better to use the best one not the thieves. CAR and BIKE reached after 15 days and some of the household did not reach at all...they told me that It will reach after 15 days. Now I dont know if it will reach or not.

This is not a joke....you will suffer if you use this service. Dont go by commitment, they are not at all professionals.. **After chasing up with them for 1 month, I was very frustred and posted the reviews on mouthshut.com and informed them as well. The guy threatened me that if I remove the review on mouthshut.com then only they will ship the remaining things. Here is the mail from them.
