The worst connection I have EVER used. Initially, it seemed to be good. I just ignored all the reviews about tikona on internet and bought it thinking otherwise. And except initial setup, everything went fine.


What happened later was very disturbing

  1. These people don’t provide any support at all for setup. I had to configure my beetle modem . But these people don’t support and no one have that much technical capability to actually help me out. I don’t know how come this company is able to run itself without competent person.

  2. And this happens only when you get a chance to talk to the support number. For that, first you have to dial a number and wait for more than 15 min for any person to attend the call. So, if you are lucky and the person attends, then he will again put your call on hold for another 5 min and then get back to you saying that he cant help about anything and literally admitting that there are a junk of idiots working in the company.

  3. Now, I mailed the support folks about the problem and all I got was a call from some person, less idiot then the others. He told me that he will provide some support but ended up admitting shamelessly that he is no less an idiot. He although tries to see why my connection freakily takes 10 min to connect to internet. He told me that my dish is point in wrong direction and it needs to be adjusted. So he sent another (more dumb) person to do that, who doesn’t know anything

So problems are

  1. No setup support. You actually cant connect internet to any other device (modem, xbox, etc)

  2. Take a hell lot of time to connect (10-15 min)

  3. Mostly, the server is down and speed is not more then 5kbps. Other then that, aped is 60 kbps.

I WOULD RECOMMEND, IF YOU ARE NOT A VERY TECH SAVVY PERSON, DON’T BUY IT
