I am using Tikona since last more then one year . The product is good, and the speed is good . But their customer care is bad. They don't respond on your complaints.
Can you think, I wrote a mail to Tikona customer care and they responded after 6 days. That too, I refused to pay the bill. Can any one suggest me who is the best service provider ?
