I also have experience with this company .prblm with me when I got irritated with there poor service I requested for disconnection of the net work after that I requested them to give my bill I will pay thereafter I will be free but they didnt gave the bill and after 2 months I get a call from one advocate from tis hazari court that if u will not pay the bill I will give the file in the court it means such a fake company yarr aisi company aajtak nai dekhi jo apne customers ke sath aisa krte hai now I had paid the bill but I dont get any confermation from the advocate also that means fake advocate also .

Seriously very bad company sick of thete service.
Plzz dont go with tikona very very very bad company
