If you are a Faridabadi and planning to take the services of Tikona.BEWARE this is Fraud company and their only intention is to take money from you. I opted for their 25 mbps plan and the sales person Vinod(9540054969) said that you need to pay 2761 to get the installation done. I paid the amount. The technician came to my place and stated that their is no feasibility to get the installation done. it been over a month that Vinod and the customer care are throwing me from one place to another to get my refund back.
Take any other service but please please don't take Tikona.
