Guys please dont take tikona connection. service is very bad and every time packet drop problem . if you raise complaint they will take 3 days to solve the problem. better go for Airtel . now I have disconnected tikona broadband and using airtel . till now they have not refunded my advance paid amount. I called many time to tikona customer care officers they told we will process your refund. still I dint get money.
