It's a horrible customer care service level provided by Tikona where the customer care professionals are unable to understand customer's issues.
Having called up a few times for one issue, the company has not rendered me a resolution yet. Terrible. Despite providing reasonably priced packages, the company haven't emphasized in rendering a good customer service.
Won't recommend this company.
