Hi, I took a Tikona internet WiBro connection in Bangalore with user ID: 1117814384 on 5th June 2016. After few days of it, I found that the connection was highly unreliable and I could not upload files and whenever it rained the connection is lost. I have to restart the modem to get the connection and that would take 10 minutes. As I was working from home I lost my entire month salary because I could not keep in touch with the office due to Tikona's unreliable internet connection. I requested them to disconnect within 15 days of the connection and requested them to refund the balance amount which they refused to do so. Having no choice I decided to continue their connection till such time for which I had already made advance aishwaryasingh23ment i.e till 5th September 2016. I called their customer care center and requested them to disconnect my internet connection. But to my surprise, I received a bill for Rs. 245 in the subsequent month and received a call from their customer care stating that my aishwaryasingh23ment is due. I explained the executive that I owe nothing to Tikona as I paid for three months subscription and my subscription ended on 5th September and moreover there was no use since 17th August 2016, but the executive refused to accept and threatened me of legal notice. And thereon I had been receiving their bills every month which is enhanced by Rs. 100. There has been no change in their attitude after numerous calls to their call center and finally, today I had marked a mail to appellate@tikona.in to close my issue. I seriously advise people to keep away from Tikona internet service as it is a hopeless service and even if you disconnect their service they will haunt you with bills that we never owe to them. Thank You all for reading it patiently. Appreciate comments from all those who were "witch hunted" by Tikona so those good people like us keep away from it and enjoy some other good service provider.
