I have taken internet connection of Tikona 2 months back and believe me this is one of the worst ISP. The why I opted for it was that there was no other service provider in my area which is providing broadband connection, but as soon as I got the connection my problems started from that day only. Sometimes I feel banging my head on the wall, the login page itself doesn't come at all even after waiting for 15 - 20 mins. I cant rely on my internet connection to do some important work.
After sometime the Rukas installed on the roof stopped working, I called customer service to remove that but I didn't get any proper response. May be after 4 days it started working. What happens to internet connection after evening I dont know, to load a page it take hours after 7 in the evening.
NEVER EVER GO FOR TIKONA.
